Weeeell, I've never animated, but I think if we were to do it here we would need the PSD file. Not sure, of course. You'd have to talk to Myr about that. 
This looks pretty cute! ^0^
If I were to critique it, I would suggest more shade on the wings and hair to show texture. Also a little shade on his shoes, like where his pants overlap.
Otherwise this looks fairly solid. I like the jeans-like texture you gave his pants, and the stars in his eyes gives him a look of innocence (befitting of an angel). Keep working at those photoshop skills and I know you'll be satisfied!
